Born in Sant Guim de Freixenet (Lleida) in 1935. He has a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and is a graduate of the IESE business school.
Following a year at Perfumería Parera, S.A., he joined the company Roca Radiadores, S.A., where he was appointed General Manager of Production in 1969, and Manager in 1974. He held this post until November 2000, when he retired at the age of 65.
He was appointed Director of Gas Natural in July 2003 and Chairman in October 2004. In March 2009, after Gas Natural bought into Unión Fenosa, he also became the Chairman of the electricity firm. And in September that same year, he oversaw the merger of Gas Natural and Unión Fenosa. He is currently also first Vice Chairman of "la Caixa" and Executive Director of Criteria CaixaCorp.

Born in Barcelona, in 1951. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Industrial Organisation, from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and an MBA from the IESE business school, University of Navarra.
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Gas Natural Fenosa in January 2005.
Prior to this he had been Executive Director of Enagás, Executive Managing Director of Grupo Panrico, Chairman of Túneles y Accesos de Barcelona, S.A. (TABASA), Chairman of Túnel del Cadí, S.A.C., Chairman of Gestión de Infraestructuras, S.A., Chairman of Grupo INISEL (now Grupo INDRA), CEO of Nueva Montaña Quijano, S.A., Executive Director of Gas Natural, Executive Director of Amper, S.A., and CEO of Unión Fenosa.
He has also been Chairman of the Ex Alumni Association of the IESE business school.

Born in Vic (Barcelona), in 1963. He has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and he completed the General Management Programme at the IESE business school.
His professional career began at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) where he worked as an Auditor, Manager and Director.
His career at Gas Natural Fenosa began in February 1999, when he became Accounting and Administration Manager and, since the year 2000, he has been head of the Economic-Financial area of Gas Natural Fenosa, of which he was appointed Managing Director in May 2005.

Born in Lleida, in 1960. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Industrial Organisation, from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and an MBA from the IESE business school.
In his professional career he has worked in the chemicals sector, specifically in the company Air Products and Chemicals, where he was Vice Chairman, and also in Carburos Metálicos, where he worked as Head of Division and Managing Director of some of its affiliates.
In October 2007, he joined the multinational energy firm as Managing Director of Resources.

Born in Barcelona, in 1967. He has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences and a Postgraduate Degree in Economics from the European Institute of Law and Economics.
He began his professional career in 1990 at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte). In 1994 he joined Caixa Holding carrying out controller duties, from where he moved onto companies from the La Caixa group (Managing Director of Serviticket, S.A., Manager of Investments CaixaNet Factory and Corporate Director of Economics and Finance at e-La Caixa S.A.) He served as Director of the Utilities Group at Caixa Holding, S.A.
In 2005 he joined Gas Natural Fenosa as the Deputy CEO Office Manager, in May of that same year he was appointed head of Strategy and Development and in May 2009, Managing Director of Strategy and Development.

Born in Salamanca in 1968. He has a Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and was awarded the Extraordinary Degree Award for the year 1990/1991 and the Best in Year award at the Universidad Complutense in the social sciences faculty in 1992.
García Cobaleda has been a State Lawyer since 1994 and took the IESE Management Development Programme in 2001. He was head of State Legal Services in Zamora, León and Madrid between 1994 and 1998. From 1998 to 1999 he acted as adviser to the Minister of the Environment. In 1999 he joined the group as head of Legal Services for Marketing.
In July 2005 he was appointed head of Legal Services for the group and in October 2010 he became Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Born in Toledo in 1961. He has a degree in Mining Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Masters in Business Administration and Management from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
He has worked for Red Eléctrica de España and the Ministry of Industry and Energy, in the areas of Planning and Regulation of the Electricity and Gas systems. He has served as consultant to the European Union for the restructuring of the energy sectors in Eastern European countries.
He joined Gas Natural Fenosa in 1994 and in May 2005 was appointed Managing Director of Wholesale Business for the group.

Born in Castro Caldelas (Orense), in 1951. He has a degree in Technical Industrial Engineering from the Escuela de Ingeniería Técnica in Gijón, a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial in Bilbao, and an MBA from the Insead-Euroforum.
He has worked at Sener, S.A., where he took part in the Lemóniz plant construction programme. In 1982, he joined Unión Fenosa, where he has served in a number of managerial roles at the head of the Anllares thermal power plant, the thermal power production division and Unión Fenosa Gas. Since the year 2000, he has served as Deputy Managing Director of Supplies and Operations at Unión Fenosa Gas. He was appointed Managing Director of Power Generation for Gas Natural Fenosa in May 2009.

Born in Murcia, in 1954. He has a degree in Chemical Sciences, specialising in Industrial Chemistry, from the University of Murcia, and a Masters in Business Administration and Management from the ICADE. He began his professional career at Española de Zinc, a job that he combined with teaching, and he also worked at UNIGAS.
In 1991, he joined the company, where he initially served in the Affiliated Companies Division. He then went on to work in the Planning and Control Department, where he initially served as Director of Planning and Studies, and subsequently became the Director of Studies, International Planning and Other Businesses.
He was appointed Managing Director of Gas Management in May 2005 and in May 2009, Managing Director of Energy Planning for the group.

Born in Barcelona, in 1957. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ETS de Ingenieros Industriales in Terrassa, through the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona, and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the ESADE.
He joined the group in 1982, serving in a number of positions in Spain, including regional director of Industrial Clients and regional director of Southern Catalonia. In 1998 he moved to Mexico where he served as Large Client Manager. Later, in 2002 he was appointed Country Manager for Brazil and in 2007 Country Manager for Italy.
He took up the post of Gas Distribution Manager in September 2009 and in September 2010 was appointed Managing Director of Retail Energy Business for the group.

Born in Barcelona, in 1956. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona and took the IESE Senior Management Programme (PADE).
He joined the group in 1984, where he served in a number of management roles in different areas of Catalana de Gas, until 1992 when he transferred to Argentina to become Technical Director of Gas Natural BAN, where he subsequently became Managing Director. Later he was appointed country manager for the group's companies in Colombia and Argentina, and in 2005 he returned to Spain to take up the post of Managing Director of Transport and Distribution in Spain.
In November 2006 he was appointed Managing Director of Regulated Business for the company, and in May 2009, Managing Director of Regulated Gas Business. He is currently also Chairman of the Asociación Española del Gas, Sedigas.

Born in A Coruña in 1947, he studied Technical Industrial Engineering at the Escuela Técnica de I.T.I. in Vigo (1967) and Industrial Engineering at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería in Bilbao (1972). He has a diploma in Nuclear Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Nucleares in Madrid (1975) and P.D.G. (Management Programme) from the I.E.S.E. business school (1995).
In 1969 he began his professional career in the electrochemical industry and after five years at AMFOS, S.A., he joined Unión Fenosa in 1974, where he served in a number of roles in Nuclear Engineering and Assembly of Electricity Power Plants and Substations, until 1985 when he moved into Distribution.
He was appointed Managing Director of Regulated Electricity Business for Gas Natural Fenosa in May 2009.

Born in Barcelona, in 1959. He has a degree in Chemical Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona and took the ESADE Executive Management Programme.
He began his professional career in 1982 at Catalana de Gas, as technician for the company's control centre. After serving in posts in a number of departments, in 1989 he was appointed Commercial Director of Catalana de Gas in Catalonia and later Director of the Group in Catalonia. Between 1998 and 2003 he served as Chairman of Gas Natural México and, after returning to Spain, was appointed Managing Director of Expansion in Spain.
In 2005 he was appointed Director of Liberalised Retail Business in Spain and in September 2006 he became the group's Managing Director for Latin America.

Born in Barcelona, in 1964. He has a degree in Information Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, and took the Senior Management Programme (PADE) at the IESE. He also completed the IESE-Universidad de Navarra Business Communication Programme in Madrid, and a Masters in Public Administration Management Development at ESADE.
He has held a number of different regional and municipal Public Administration posts; and has also worked for a number of media organisations. He joined the company in 2004 and since then he has been director of Communication and the Chairman's Office.
In May 2009 he was appointed Managing Director of Communication and the Chairman's Office for the group. He is also chairman of the Communication Committee of the Asociación Española del Industrias del Gas (Sedigas) and Chairman of Catalonia Dircom.
