Dominican Republic

Gas Natural Fenosa operates in the generation market in the Dominican Republic through two thermal power plants with 198 MW of installed power.

The energy company has two fuel oil thermal power plants: Palamara, with 106 MW of installed power, and La Vega, with 92 MW, situated in the centre and south of this Caribbean country.

Gas Natural Fenosa's power plants in the Dominican Republic produced 1,007 GWh in 2011.
